Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment (if applicable), or we will confirm a cash refund method if your order was placed using cash on delivery. Please allow up to 7 business days after return approval for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
